BloodierBulldog Technologies provides website, booking, ordering, and customer notification tools for local businesses. This page explains how customers and authorized staff users consent to receive SMS messages from our platform.
How customers opt in
Customers opt in to SMS messages by entering their phone number on a booking, ordering, checkout, or support form on a business website powered by BloodierBulldog Technologies.
Near the phone number field, customers are shown SMS consent language explaining that they agree to receive transactional SMS updates related to their appointment, order, booking, pickup, delivery, cancellation, or support request.
The SMS consent checkbox is not pre-selected. Customers must actively select the checkbox before submitting the form.
Messages are transactional only. We do not send marketing, promotional blasts, or cold outreach through our toll-free SMS number.

SMS data privacy
SMS opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
